From first conversation to onboarded customer
TrustedAIGov deliberately has no self-serve checkout. The pricing page says it plainly: "a commercial journey, not a checkout." Every customer is onboarded by a person, and that is a feature — governance platforms carry regulated data, and the handover deserves a conversation.

The journey in four steps
- Assessment. You run the Enterprise AI Assessment from the website — a short, no-sales-call diagnostic whose result you keep.
- Conversation. You talk to the TrustedAIGov team about which products fit: start with a diagnostic, grow into the platform.
- Onboarding. The platform operator creates your organisation's private tenant — your walled-off space — grants the products you have agreed, and creates your first user.
- First sign-in. You receive your credentials and land in your governance workspace (next lesson).
What "granted" means
Access on the platform is default-deny: until a product is granted to your tenant, it shows an "Upgrade required" notice — never another customer's data. The products that can be granted today: AI Discovery Assessment, Governance Platform, Discovery Assurance, ERP Agentic Assurance, Transformation Assurance, and AI Agent Control Tower.
