Transformation Assurance
What it is. Gate-based assurance for AI transformation programmes: you record programmes, milestones and gate criteria; it produces deterministic Gate Packs — the evidence a steering committee needs to say "proceed" with a straight face.
Who it's for. Programme and portfolio leads running AI transformations who need gate decisions to be evidenced, not vibes-based.
Features and what they mean
| Feature | What it means |
|---|---|
| Programme records | Programmes, their milestones and their gates, as governed records. |
| Gate Packs | A deterministic pack per gate: same inputs, same pack — reviewable and comparable across gates. |
| Fully dark when off | If the product is not enabled for you, none of its routes or tables even exist — clean isolation. |
What you put in, what you get out
| You put in | You get out |
|---|---|
| Programme, milestone and gate definitions | A live programme register |
| Status and evidence against gate criteria | A Gate Pack per gate for the decision meeting |
Your first session
- Open Transformation Assurance from your workspace.
- Create one programme with one upcoming gate.
- Fill the gate's criteria and generate its Gate Pack — take that to your next steering meeting instead of a slide.

Honest limits
The demonstrator carries an SAP-context disclaimer; it evidences your declared programme state — it does not yet ingest programme data from external PPM tools.
