Decision Centre

Governance is ultimately a series of decisions. This section is where they are made, assigned and — crucially — recorded.

What you see

Element What it means
Open decisions Choices waiting on someone, with the owner named. Home's tile says "Clear" when this is empty.
Decision record Each closed decision keeps its basis: what was decided, by whom, when, on what evidence.
Queue links Decisions arrive from the governance work queue and from products (e.g. discovery acceptances).

What you do here

  1. Keep the open list short — a stale decision blocks someone downstream.
  2. Write the basis honestly at decision time — the record is what an auditor reads in two years.
  3. Use assignment — an unowned decision is a decision nobody makes.

Why it matters

The decision record is the platform's spine: products propose, humans decide, the record proves it. That sentence is most of AI governance.
