AI Estate
The estate section is your AI inventory and asset registry: every AI system the platform knows about — declared by you or discovered — with its governance state.
What you see

| Assets discovered / governed | The funnel: found → brought under governance. The gap between the two numbers is your backlog. |
| Coverage | Governed share of the estate — the number Home's "AI Estate" tile summarises. |
| Estate health | Aggregate condition of governed assets (reviews current, evidence fresh). |
| Discovery import | Where an AI Discovery run (or Assessment import) lands its findings for your review. |
What you do here
- Review discovered assets and accept them into governance — discovery proposes, you decide.
- Open any system to see its record: classification, controls, evidence, decisions.
- Watch the coverage number — it is the most honest single indicator of governance progress.

You put in declared systems and discovery results; you get out the governed inventory every other section (Risk, Evidence, Reports, Portfolio) builds on.
