A closed management-review cycle carries a frozen posture snapshot and the recorded decisions.

The single most important test in this journey

Export the Board Pack (PDF and JSON) from a closed cycle and compare it against the live registers today. They should differ, because the snapshot froze an earlier state.

If the export silently re-renders from live data, the entire management-review record is worthless — what management reviewed could never be reconstructed. This is the first thing we would want challenged.

Then trace forwards

An "approved with actions" decision should connect to the AI objectives register, with measures and progress. Objectives floating free of any management decision would be a finding.

A limitation we disclose up front

There is no signed whole-dossier export in this build. The per-cycle Board Pack is the export. Whether that is sufficient for a certification body is a judgement we would genuinely like from you.
