Where: /app/euaiact/provider-conformity

In a tenant that is a deployer rather than a provider, this register is empty — and that is the correct answer, not a rendering failure.

The test

An empty register must read as "no record yet, and here is where it would go", never as a pass. An empty state that could be mistaken for compliance is a finding, and it is a subtle one worth your attention because it is how tools flatter their users.

What belongs here when it does apply

Where the organisation places a high-risk system on the market: the conformity assessment route taken, the technical documentation reference, the declaration of conformity, and the CE marking basis.

Closing the journey

Two questions we would most like answered when you finish:

  1. Where could an organisation build a record that looks Act-ready but is not?
  2. What did you expect to find and could not?

Coverage is partial and stated as partial. We are more interested in where the model is wrong than where it is merely incomplete.
