What to establish

• Partial coverage is presented as partial, never as compliance.
• Obligations that sit outside the product are marked as outside, not silently omitted.
• Nothing on this surface implies a certificate, an approval, or a legal opinion.

What would be a finding

Any presentation where in-product completeness could be mistaken for compliance with the Act. That is the single most damaging thing a tool in this space can do, and it is the failure mode we most want you hunting for.
